An interview with Brie from Brianna Michelle Photography

If you ever contacted me about taking photos and I wasn't available on your selected date, Brie, from Brianna Michelle Photography is usually the gal I refer you to next. Brie has been taking my photos since we were seniors in high school. She's simply fantastic, kind and so talented! 

I thought it would be fun to have a sit-down and chat with Brie and talk all about photography.

How many years have you been a photographer? 

I have been a photographer for over 10 years. 

What got you started in photography?

My grandpa and my dad were into photography when I was younger. I was gifted my first camera around 12, and I loved getting behind the camera and taking pictures of everything I could. They were my inspiration. 

What do you photograph? 

I mainly photograph families, couples, and weddings. 

What's your favorite thing to photograph? 

My favorite thing to photograph is couples or engagements. 

How would you describe your photography style?

 I would describe my photography style as light and airy, with an occasional side of moody. 

What has been your most favorite photography experience thus far? 

My favorite photography experience was a few years ago when I had the opportunity to photograph my first out-of-state couple. Their outfit selections were perfect, and we had the best time with the best weather. I had so much fun! 

Is there anything you wish clients knew about you, photography, or your business? 

Something I wish clients knew about photography is that a lot of work happens behind the scenes. We take the time to make sure the photos we capture of you are our best work for you to look back on in the future.
